Turkey Shepherd’s Pie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Bite size pieces of turkey
  • 1/4 cup green beans
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup gravey

Place in glass cooking vessel. Top with either mashed potatoes for traditional pie or top with bread stuffing. Bake at 300-325 for one hour.

Turkey Soup

  • Bite size pieces of turkey
  • Any leftover veggies
  • Pasta – uncooked
  • 1 medium yellow diced and sauteed onions
  • 3 stalls diced and sauteed celery
  • Oregano
  • Thyme
  • 4 cups chicken or veg broth
  • Garlic and salt to taste

Simmer 20-40 mins. on medium

Favorite turkey sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread
  • 1-2 tsp. mayo
  • Stuffing
  • Cranberry/orange relish
  • Lettuce
  • Salt & pepper

Slather bread with mayo. Stack turkey to desired height. Top with stuffing, cranberry/orange relish, lettuce, salt & pepper and second slice of bread.
