Turkey Shepherd’s Pie
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Bite size pieces of turkey
- 1/4 cup green beans
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup gravey
Place in glass cooking vessel. Top with either mashed potatoes for traditional pie or top with bread stuffing. Bake at 300-325 for one hour.
Turkey Soup
- Bite size pieces of turkey
- Any leftover veggies
- Pasta – uncooked
- 1 medium yellow diced and sauteed onions
- 3 stalls diced and sauteed celery
- Oregano
- Thyme
- 4 cups chicken or veg broth
- Garlic and salt to taste
Simmer 20-40 mins. on medium
Favorite turkey sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 slices bread
- 1-2 tsp. mayo
- Stuffing
- Cranberry/orange relish
- Lettuce
- Salt & pepper
Slather bread with mayo. Stack turkey to desired height. Top with stuffing, cranberry/orange relish, lettuce, salt & pepper and second slice of bread.
