The men’s lacrosse team is continuing to dominate DFAL play. On March 15 the Mats caged the cats, defeating Campolindo 9-8 after captain Nick Sheehan ‘15 made the clutch winning goal with five seconds left in overtime.

“We know he’s [Nick] our go-to clutch guy. When the game’s on the line we want the ball in his stick because he can obviously deliver,” Mac Lavis ‘14 said.

After the exhilarating win over Campo the team hosted Las Lomas on Tuesday, March 19. The rain didn’t stop the Mats, who won 12-8 and sent a soaking Las Lomas team home with their second league loss.

With these two wins, the Mats move to 3-0 in league and 4-3 overall.

They will face a potentially challenging Marin Academy team that beat Campo 12-4 at home this Friday, March 22 at 7:00.
