I took Mirador because I liked journalism and I enjoy writing about topics that I get to choose. Writing for the school newspaper is a privilege because the articles we write can make change since they are read by the staff and student body. I like how close the students in the class get with each other throughout the year because we work hard as a team to put together each issue. This year, I am looking forward to getting to know the new students in the class and running the Mirador’s social media accounts as Social Media Director. Go Mats!
